Has the World Lost it's Sway?

     What happened to the simple days? What happened to mid-day strolls and having iced tea on the porch? What happened to the proper young men and women? Where did this all change, and why?

     I wonder to myself how our world came to be the way it is now. All the violence and crime and just all around bad additudes toward everything. I wish I could have lived when men courted women, and he asked for permission to kiss her. Also I think it would be amazing to just take a "stroll through the park" with the man courting you and your chaperone close behind.

     I wonder why families are not the way they used to be. Everything seemed to be so easy back then. Families were real and were always together and did things as a family. Where the children called there dad "Father" and their mom "Mother" or "Mama". And the father was always protective and the mother always cared. You don't always see that today. A lot of people dont even have both parents.

     Well thats what ive been thinking about.
