ugh

So for the past couple weeks I've been going back and forth on which instrument to play this fall, trombone or bass drum. Everyone kept saying it was up to me and I decided on bass drum. I love playing bass and I think I'm definitely a good enough musician to play it. I have the technique and I'm ready to play it. Until last night after our first full band rehearsal. My boyfriend told me i should be prepared to play either bass drum or trombone because 3 of the freshman trombones didn't show up an that his dad was going to talk to me to make sure I was making the right decision for myself; when I know I am. So now if i have to play trombone I'm going to be highly upset and be very unhappy this fall season. I guess we'll see how it goes after i talk to Fox.
